Singer and producer, Ayoola Johnson popularly known as AY.com said he has mended his relationship with his former collaborator, Terry G. He said, “Me and Terry G is an old issue and I don’t really like to talk about it anymore. We are cool with each other now. We are colleagues and as regards working with him again, nobody can predict the future.”

Many years ago, AY.com used to be one of the raves in the industry. However, after his hit song, Pass me your Love, the singer seems to have faded away from the scene. Telling Sunday Scoop what he has been up to recently, AY.com said, “I have been working and putting things together. I would be launching my band, AY.com and the AJ Band very soon. We’ve actually been working behind the scenes and it’s about me enlarging my coast. I prefer live music because it allows me to express myself more; I don’t want to be restricted to lip-synching on stage.”

On how he would handle the competition in the industry, he said, “I don’t have to try to meet up with Wizkid and Davido. On the other hand, they are the ones that should keep up with me. I don’t do music for competition; it is a form of expression for me. My music is meant to heal and pass positive vibes. Once I’ve been able to do that, I’m not worried about anything else. My people are supposed to learn and gain from my music.”

Maintaining that he can better his past records, he said, “I wrote Pass Me Your Love and I can still write something better. Tomorrow is supposed to be better than yesterday; I still have a lot of great things for my fans. Just keep your fingers crossed and watch out for the new things I’m bringing to the table.”
