This is the best way to deal with snoring and has no other effects to speak of. For pregnant women, sleeping on your left side seems to be the best way to allow your baby to get all the nutrition it needs.
4. A Starfish Thing
By which we mean “take up the entire bed”. This can help you out with neck and back pains, which you could’ve gotten from sleeping on your belly or back.
5. Spooning
Spooning will relax you and make you less stressed. If your partner has a bad morning temper, you could get yelled at if you wake them up by turning in bed.
