Arsenal are a new side under Unai Emery.
The manager has brought something the club have been lacking for some time – a winning mentality.
That’s according to Rob Holding, who thinks that Emery has been key for the club.
The opening two games weren’t ideal for Arsenal, but since them, they’ve won all their games in the league.
He said to Standard Sport: “He said when he came in that he wanted to bring a winning mentality and I think you get that from wins and you go into each game confident.
“We’re physically fit and we know that we can go and get the result. It was a really competitive and physical game and we knew that coming in.
“We just had to stand up to the battle and late on I think they tired and we managed to get a few passes together and score the goals.”
Top four for Arsenal
Under Emery, Arsenal are doing far better than before.
They may be worried about the future of Aaron Ramsey, as it seems the player could be leaving this winter.
The money given to Mesut Ozil for his new contract is thought to be part of that.
Fans will want a huge amount back from Ozil, considering he’s on such big money now.
Emery has also made it clear the player will have to pull his weight, something he has been accused of failing to do in the past.
