A photo of a sachet water has caused a commotion on social media. The name, Sark & Natural Mineral Water, printed on the sachet water was what caused the commotion.
Many have linked the sachet water production company to popular rapper Sarkodie. The multiple award-winning rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, previpously owned a clothing line which he named Sark Collection.
Sark Collection which was launched on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at a club in Accra, Ghana, had reportedly collapsed due to alleged mismanagement.
Social media users have suggested that the musician decided to branch into the sachet water business after his attempt at fashion failed.

However, there are no hard facts confirming that the rapper is really the owner of the water production company. The only link to the rapper is the fact that the water has the same name as the Sarkodie’s company.
Meanwhile, it is possible that the owner of the water production company is a fan of Sarkodie, it could also be that someone just came up with the name without Sarkodie in mind.
