Nigerian singer, Davido has reacted to the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen. The CJN was suspended after he was accused of false declaration of assets.
He’s currently being tried at the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja where he is yet to make any appearance.
Reacting to the suspension of Walter Onnoghen, Davido joined many Nigerians on social media to express his fears about the danger democracy is currently facing in the country.
He tweeted:
“We can’t allow this nonsense….
DEMOCRAZYYYY!! WE ARE IN TROUBLE !!!!!”
President Muhammadu Buhari has since sworn in Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed as acting Chief Justice of Nigeria.
