Ghanaian singer Kwesi Arthur has opened up on his sojourn into music in a new interview, where he mentioned that he started as a cleaner in a music studio in his neighborhood.
While speaking with Olisa of Beat FM on The Morning Rush, Kwesi, who is regarded as the hottest singer in Ghana at the moment, stated that he started music after he left secondary school in 2013, but had to undergo mentor-ship at the studio to hone his crafts.
Kwesi, who is currently in Nigeria to shoot a music video with a Nigerian artiste also mentioned that Drake is his biggest influence in music as he was motivated to do music after listening to the Canadian rapper.
When he was asked about the artistes he revered most in Nigeria, he mentioned the likes of Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Odunsi and Zlatan Ibile.
