Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh married Bettie Jennifer in October 2018. The two got married at a private ceremony at North Kaneshie in Accra, Ghana. Bettie was a Caribbean based in the US.
Chris’s marriage to Bettie was only a year of after divorcing Nigerian actress, Damilola Adegbite with whom he has a son. Chris married Damilola Adegbite in 2015 and after two years they separated.
People lamented that Chris moved on from his past and has found new love in his America based Bettie Jennifer so quickly. When he posted the wedding photos on Instagram, he got lots of negative comments, thus he disabled his comments section for a while.
Friday, May 10, gunman fatally shot 44-year-old Bettie Jenifer in the head in the parking lot of a Maryland office building. Jenifer, had left the office in the 6300 block of Ivy Lane, and was walking to her car, when a man armed with a handgun approached her.
When she tried to run away, the man followed her and fired off multiple rounds. She was declared dead at the scene.
Last week, Chris sparked speculation on social media that all was not well with his second marriage after he deleted all of Bettie’s pictures from his Instagram page.
