Runtown has unlocked the major details of his forthcoming EP titled ‘Tradition’.
The ‘Mad Over You’ crooner revealed the artwork, tracklist on his social media page few hours ago and announced that the EP, ‘Tradition’, will be released on Friday, May 31, 2019.
‘Tradition’ is Runtown’s debut EP under his record label, Soundgod Music Group. It contains five tracks and a bonus track, ‘Unleash’ featuring south-east London singer, Fekky, which he already released in November 2018.
The songs on the EP that has no featured artiste, except Unleash, were produced by Del’B, Spells, Elupto and Ransom Beatz, while all the five new songs were also written by Runtown himself.
Explaining why he decided to choose ‘Tradition’ as the EP title, the singer noted; “Bitter people will be bitter, don’t blame them: It is our tradition to be better, don’t blame us. It is the culture of haters to hate but it is our tradition to elevate.”
In coming days, Runtown is expected to release a track, ‘Emotions’, off the EP to up the anticipation of the body of work.
