My Transformational Experience In India– Skales Narrates

Skales

Last year, while many were celebrating the Yuletide season with their families and friends in Nigeria, Skales was on vacation with his team to experience the sweet life of India.

Skales couldn’t hide his excitement while speaking to Saturday Beats in a recent chat, he said it was a memorable experience he would never forget. The singer and his team were invited by a wealthy man in the country who gave them a remarkable treat.

Recalling the experience, he said; “Last December, my entire team and I were invited by one of the richest men in India. It was monumental to my career and person. We stayed at India’s best hotel, I got to taste the Indian food and experience their dance culture first-hand. It was epic.”

“I remember I made some friends and they actually came from afar just to meet me. I’m glad they got to meet me because they said that their favourite afrobeat song is ‘Shake Body’. I mean, it was a validation that I was on the right path and that I was certainly making a mark globally. It was a transformational experience,” the ‘Fire Waist’ singer added, who doesn’t like enjoyment in this life?

Speaking about his health, the chubby singer explained how he keeps fit with his diet, revealing that he’s a vegetarian and shuns eating meat to stay healthy. “What most people do not know about me is that I am a vegetarian. I avoid eating meat to stay healthy,” he said.

Skales, born Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, just premiered a new single titled ‘Ego’, a song with simple melody that talks about working hard and making money.
