Former BBNaija housemate, Nelson who was evicted from the Big Brother house on Sunday, July 28 revealed in an exclusive interview he had with OperaNews Ng that he was sick and had high blood pressure while he was in the house.

He said the sickness hindered his game in the house and people misjudged his character. He revealed that the medications Biggie was giving him slowed him down and affected his activeness in the game because the drugs had strong effects.

In his words, he said,

“Why I think my game was slow was because my blood pressure was really high and then I had a massive sweeling in my left eye. Biggie was giving me medications for it and it kind of slowed me down but viewers didn’t really interprete that in the right way. I was misquoted and misjudged. Anyway I’m out of the house now.”

To show how much he focused on the game and how much he was determined to win, viewers didn’t know he was sick or incapacitated in any way because he never showed it or act sick.

He maintained a very good countenance and tried as much as he could to be active and participate in all activities, tasks and games in the house.

With this, he only proved to us that he is a strong, brave and focused young man who wouldn’t allow anything get in his way or stop him from achieving his dreams and goals, not even sickness.
