Days after acquiring brand new Ferrari car, estimated to be worth around N500 million, talented DJ Cuppy, the daughter of Nigerian Billionaire and business mogul, Femi Otedola, bares her mind on twitter, about what she thinks the larger percentage of Nigerians have for her.
‘80% of Nigerian’ has been trending all day on August 13, on social media, twitter, with Nigerians on the platform sharing their minds about what they think of 80% of the Nigerian population.
The skilled disc jockey added her voice to the trending conversation that’s still causing a lot of controversies on twitter. Tweeting, “80% of Nigerian people don’t like me,” DJ Cuppy wrote, adding that “Good thing we have a LARGE population! 🤣”
Some of DJ Cuppy’s followers on the platform have since aired their different views about the ‘Vybe’ crooner’s expression. She was backed by many of her fans, while many others disagreed with her.
A twitter user, @iambryte_dre replied in support of Cuppy’s tweet, and also referenced Davido, who recently ranted online that no one supports him in the music industry because his father his rich. “In Nigeria, they don’t like anybody whose father is wealthy, you can ask @iam_Davido, he will explain better,” the twitter user wrote.
Another user, @Eparisto, just like some others, on the social media expressed his likeness for the beautiful artiste. “I like you very much, you and aunty tiwa are my two favorite Nigerian female celeb,” he shared.
@IdNubby had an entirely different opinion when the head being the handle said that Cuppy’s perception was wrong. “I will say that your perception is really wrong because you are already a centre piece. You do not know everyone mind completely, you are just infusing unnecessarily emotions here,” he said.

It's almost like a constitutional something that Nigerians from rich homes are defacto disliked even when they haven't done shit wrong.
Sad society!
