Frank Donga took to his Twitter page to propose different measures to combat the threat of civilian abuse by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police Force.
He wrote:

-Officers must display name/ID
-SARS trucks must hv clear IDs
-Trackers & dash cams in SARS trucks
-Quaterly training for SARS officers
-Health & life insurance+ allowance
-Quick prosecution for bad eggs Fund it with senators‘ hardship allowance.
Meanwhile, Nigerian rapper Ikechukwu Onunaku has revealed that he was kidnapped by Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, on Wednesday, September 9.
We understands that the “Ikechukwu” rapper was made to withdraw money from his ATM account after being wrongly accused of burning a “Hilux van”.
The rapper said on Instagram that he had no idea they knew him until one of the officers asked him to introduce him to Mavins boss, Don Jazzy.
