An Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Asaba has nullified the election of Senator James Manager as the lawmaker representing Delta South Senatorial District at the National Assembly.

The three-man panel led by Justice Chioma Onyeabor, also ordered for a fresh election within 90 days in its judgement delievered on Saturday September 7.
