Following the revealation in the ’sex for grade’ documentary video released by BBC Africa Eye, where a senior lecturer of University of Lagos (UNILAG), Dr Boniface Igbeneghu was filmed sexually harrassing female students, another lecturer of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka, Dr Samuel Oladipo, has been suspended by the management of the university.
Samuel Oladipo was suspended on Tuesday following his featuring in the second stream of the video recording allegedly demanding sex in exchange for admission from an undercover British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reporter, titled “Sex-for-Admission” in his office.
He is the second lecturer of the university to be suspended in two days over the allegation. Recall that the first was Dr Boniface Igbeneghu of the Department of European Languages and Integrated Studies and also a part-time pastor in one of the parishes of Foursquare Gospel Church in Lagos.
