Men of Anambra State Police Command have rescued a 3-year-old girl who was abducted by unknown people suspected to be kidnappers.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the little girl who was allegedly trafficked in Ukpor was rescued in Osumeyi, Nnewi South LGA of Anambra State on Tuesday, November 5.
The Police have directed family members or relatives of the abducted but now rescued girl to report to the nearest police station.
In a statement issued by the Command’s spokesman, Haruna Muhammed, it clearly stated that “A girl of about 3 years old was allegedly trafficked in Ukpor but rescued in Osumeyi, Nnewi South LGA of Anambra State on the 5/11/2019.
“Anyone with useful information about the child should report at the nearest Police Station or contact PPRO Anambra State Police Command headquarters Awka through GSM no 08060970639, please.”
