Omoyele Sowore and his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare have been reportedly re-arrested in court by the Department of State Services on Friday.
WITHIN NIGERIA gathered from Sahara Reporters that the presiding judge identified as Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu was chased away and a journalist was also assaulted the DSS operatives in the course of arresting the duo.
Recall that Sowore and Bakare were released from DSS detention on Thursday night after several court order to release them went unheeded.
