A weird but unfortunate incident happened in Jigawa state over the weekend, after an Islamic wedding ceremony otherwise known as Fatiha, was reportedly cancelled after the groom tested positive to HIV.
A Twitter user, @__ussy who shared the story online, said the groom was tested for the viral disease during the ceremony and he tested positive.
Nigerians are however of the opinion that such tests should have been carried out weeks before the wedding ceremony.
