Nigeria born Heracles Almelo forward Cyriel Dessers was among the 24 players called up by Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr ahead of the double header 2021 African cup of Nations qualifier against Leone stars of Sierra Leone.

The 25- year- old striker of Nigerian father and Belgian mother has been in a brilliant form recently and has captured the interest of Gernot Rohr.

Aside Dessers, another interesting thing about the list is the return of Leicester city forward, Kelechi Iheanacho who is currently making wave for his English club.

Also interesting to note is the inclusion of Germany based defender Kingsley Ehizibue who plays for FC Koln and will be making his debut for the Super Eagles.
