As the Coronavirus lockdown in Nigeria gradually ends in some states, Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has urged Nigerians to extend their personal lockdown by one month.

It would be recalled that the Federal Government extended the lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja for an extra one week after the country had an increase in

With some Nigerians not too pleased with the development, Tonto Dikeh has advised them to stay at home for an extra one month even if the Government ask them to go back to work.

Tonto Dikeh who used a Spanish flu as a case study noted that the flu caused more damage after citizens were asked to return to work an experience she would not want Nigerians to have.

In other news, Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh whose foundation has been  providing succumb to the needy during this period of coronavirus lockdown, sometime ago, revealed how she was rough handled and almost stabbed by a hungry man.

The actress took to Instagram to share a story of how she and her team were almost killed during the giveaway her foundation organised to provide food to people on the street.

According to Tonto Dikeh, they were rough handled and during the process, a man who claimed he was deprived of food, brought out a sharp object to stab her.

She added that some of her team members were also attacked and beaten, terming the level of hunger in Nigeria to be a dangerous on. Read more here.
