Residents of Kogi state have expressed disappointment after the Isolation center built by the Kogi State government, in preparation for possible out break of COVID-19 in the state got destroyed by a pre-rainy season wind.
The center located directly behind Federal Medical Centre Mortuary was blown by the wind on Tuesday 28th of April 2020.
A social media user, @Georgiitto who shared the video wrote;

Nigeria has recorded a total of 1728 coronavirus cases across the country with 51 deaths and 307 recoveries. Interestingly, Kogi state is the only state that has not recorded any case yet.
In other news, the Chief Medical Director of Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, Lagos, Dr Bowale Abimbola, has tested positive for Coronavirus.
However it was gathered that Abimbola is presently being treated in one of the wards in the hospital.
