Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa Bryant has penned down a heartfelt message to her late daughter, Gianna Bryant who died in a helicopter crash alongside her dad.
In her posthumous birthday message to late Gigi, Vanessa said she misses her smile, hugs and giggles, adding that her greatest wish is to wake up and meet her by her side.
Vanessa wrote;
“Happy 14th Birthday to my sweet baby girl, Gianna. Mommy loves you more than I can ever show you. You are part of MY SOUL forever. I miss you so much everyday. I wish I could wake up and have you here with me. I miss your smile, your hugs and your giggles. I miss EVERYTHING about YOU, Gigi. I LOVE YOU so much!!!!!!!”.
Gianna Bryant was a talented basketball player who had hopes of playing in the WNBA with her Mamba Academy teammates, Alyssa Altobelli and Payton Chester.
Vanessa Bryant has been posting regular touching tributes to her beloved “Gigi” since she was one of nine people who died in the crash on the way to a basketball tournament at an academy created by Kobe Bryant.
She wrote on Instagram in February that she wishes she could’ve outlived her daughter.
