Earlier today, Kaduna State first lady, Hadiza Isma El-rufai took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to celebrate her 80, 000 fan base while the people of Southern Kaduna were allegedly been massacred by suspected Fulani herdsmen.
A gestured that was deemed as insensitive by many, Hadiza Isma El-rufai came under fire as many Nigerians took to the social platform to call her out for her action.

Some Twitter users who raised the alarm on the social media platform, likened the recent killings to genocide as they listed the casualty figure in Adara community of Kaduna state.
According to them, about 107 persons have been killed, 49 people have been injured, 66 persons kidnapped, 111 houses burnt, 32 villages destroyed and 20,000 people have been displaced in the Kaduna community from January till date.

Kaduna First Lady, Hadiza Isma El-Rufai was also criticized for what was described as “lack of empathy” over the killings. She was slammed for celebrating her 80k followers on Twitter amid a campaign to raise an awareness over the incident in the Kaduna community.
