Nigerians have taken to social media to mourn the death of legendary Nigerian-American OAP, Dan Foster, who reportedly died of complications resulting from the dreaded COVID-19.
Shortly after the news of the death of the popular Nigerian-American OAP went viral, Nigerian celebrities took to social media to pay their tributes to the veteran broadcaster.
Reacting to his death, fellow OAP, Dotun wrote that Dan Foster was an inspiration to him and granted him the strength to push on and become who he is today.
He wrote on Twitter:
Oh Dan Foster… you gave me the strength to do this and even more. This is really painful
Frank Edoho in his reaction wrote on how sorrow-filled the year 2020 is and a very dark time for many families across the world.
He wrote:
I just got off the phone, my friend Oscar confirmed that Dan Foster has passed on. This is a very very dark year. How can I overcome this unending melancholy. Rest in Peace, dear Friend.
