On Wednesday, July, 2020, Mrs Aisha Buhari, wife of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), paid a condolence visit to Florence Ajimobi, widow of the former governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, in Lagos State.
It was gathered that Mrs Buhari arrived at the Glover Road, Ikoyi residence of the Ajimobis in the early hours of Wednesday.
Mrs Buhari, who extolled the virtues of the late All Progressives Congress stalwart, who died last week and commiserated with the family of the deceased.
She urged the family to take solace in the fact that Allah was supreme and could not be questioned on his decision.
Also at the Ajimobi’s residence were Olufunso Amosun, wife of former Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun; Bolanle Ambode, wife of former Governor Akinwumi Ambode of Lagos State; Sherifat Aregbesola, wife of former Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola; and Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, wife of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State.
