Mild drama as the acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Prof. Kenebradikumo Pondei fainted during probe.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the acting MD of the NDDC, Pondei fainted during the ongoing probe of the Commission by the House Committee on NDDC.
This is coming barely 2 hours after Honorable Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, the Chairman of the House Committee on Niger Delta reportedly stepped aside from presiding over the affairs of the investigative committee.

WITHIN NIGERIA had earlier reported that the House also summoned Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei, the acting Chairman of the Interim Management Committee of the Commission to appear before it alongside Akpabio on Monday July 20.
WITHIN NIGERIA also reported last week that the House of Representatives Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has issued warrant of arrest for acting Managing Director of Interim Management Committee (IMC) of NDDC, Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei and his team on Thursday after they reportedly walked out on committee.
