There was panic in an area in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital, as no fewer than four persons, including a pregnant woman, were reportedly killed by unknown gunmen.
The incident happened when the gunmen attacked a new generation church, Lion of Judah Fire Deliverance Ministry, off Bakery Road.
While two were killed in the church building, including the pregnant woman, two persons – a couple- were killed in their house.
In other news, no fewer than three persons have been confirmed dead while six others have sustained injuries in a lone accident involving a Mazda bus marked FUF 109 ZD around youth camp on the Lagos -Ibadan expressway.
The Spokesperson, Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Babatunde Akinbiyi confirmed the incident to newsmen in Abeokuta on Tuesday.
Akinbiyi said that the accident occurred around 2:05pm , saying that it was caused by tyre burst which resulted into the bus summersaulting.
“Six persons comprising four female and two male got injured while a toddler, a 6-year-old girl and another female died in the accident…….”
