IK Osakioduwa, a Nigerian radio and television on-air personality, has begun test transmission for his own radio station, known as Lite Radio 95.5.
The popular OAP shared the joy of this latest development, on Wednesday, on Twitter. According to him, he has been chasing this for over nine years.
“Chased this for a little over 9 years. Today we finally started our test transmissions of Lite Radio 95.5. Thanks to everyone behind the scenes that has worked and sacrificed to get us here. God bless you guys.

IK, 41, a University of Lagos economics graduate began his broadcast career as the “Wild Child” on the Nigerian radio station Rhythm 93.7 FM.
He soon branched out into television as the presenter on M-Net’s flagship Afro-Chic lifestyle programme, Studio 53.
He also presented the Nigerian game show Temptation Nigeria Big Brother Africa, and is currently presenting the stand-out stand-up series Comedy Club: Live In Lagos.
