APC Primaries: Reno Omokri praises Tinubu’s ‘game play’, knocks Pastor Osinbajo over alleged betrayal

Controversial Nigerian lawyer, Reno Omokri, has slammed Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, calls him “a Judas of a pastor”, while he praised Tinubu’s strategy during the APC primaries.

During the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) presidential primary election, Reno stated Yemi Osinbajo has no sympathy because he abandoned the presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

While calling Osinbajo a traitor, he pointed out that the vice president has never won an election without Tinubu’s help.

Reno Omokri also claimed that while other aspirants focused on ‘buying’ delegates, Tinubu’s focus was on ‘buying aspirants’. He wrote:

“It is so funny. Other aspirants at the #APCPrimaries were busy buying delegates. Tinubu focused his own time, money and energy buying aspirants. What a strategy! A masterstroke! Osinbajo never knew what hit him. At this rate, he may even consider stepping down for Tinubu himself! A Judas of a pastor. Someone nominated you to stand in for him, you went there to stand in for yourself? You? What election have you won on your own strength in your entire life without the help of Tinubu? I may dislike Tinubu. But I respect loyalty!.”
