    Big Brother Naija lockdown reality TV star, Rebecca “Nengi” Hampson has finally bowed to pressure and released proof of her age.

    Nengi whose late father and mother were from Britain and Bayelsa respectively was dragged severally and called a liar for claiming she is 22 years old.

    Nengi made the rounds after she revealed she was just 22 years old during the reality TV show.

    The 3rd runner up of the BBnaija show  took to her Instagram story to stylishly show her date of birth as she flaunted her British Passport.

    However, the British passport she share shows she was born on the 1st of January, 1998 (22 years).

    Reality TV star, Mercy Eke has been dragged by her silicone butt by fans and followers for unfollowing her former friend, Nengi Hampson.

    An act many tagged as insensitive, Mercy Eke unfollowed Nengi shortly after she left the Big Brother Naija lockdown house.

    Mercy Eke and Nengi used to be friends but coming after Mercy ignored her during her stay at the BBNaija house, things went south between them.

    After fans observed that Mercy first unfollowed Nengi, they took to social media to drag her by her enhanced behind.

    Although, Nengi reciprocated the action without looking back, fans dragged life out of Mercy Eke for initiating it.

    Laycon, the Big Brother Naija lockdown 2020 winner, has revealed the first person he is spending his N30 million cash prize on.

    Recall that Laycon also won other prize monies running into millions from tasks and challenges while in the house.

    Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun gave him a cheque of N5 million few days ago as well as keys to a new apartment in Ogun State. Also, the rapper was gifted with the sum of N2.5m by MC Oluomo.

    “The first thing I am going to do with the money is for my mum,” Laycon said in one of media outings at the weekend.

    “I am certain that the first thing I want to do with the money is for my mum.”

    Laycon, who said he entered the reality TV show only to promote himself and his song, emerged winner of the 5th edition of BBN with Dorathy coming as first runner-up.

    Barely two weeks after emerging winner of BBNaija season 5 reality show, it is without doubt that Olamilekan “Laycon” Agbeleshe is living his best life already.

    Despite the numerous cash prizes the 26 year old won on the show, there are reports that Laycon has been blessed again with a huge sum of N2.5million from the Chairman NURTW, Lagos chapter, Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya, popularly referred to as MC Oluomo .

    Although the 26 year old rapper is yet to confirm this, but this was said to have happened after the reality star paid the socialite a visit at his residence in Oshodi, Lagos on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2020.

    Taking to his official Instagram page to share photos from the visit, MC Oluomo who is obviously an ICON wrote;

    “It was a merry moment on Thursdays, Oct. 7, 2020, as Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya hosted the BBN lockdown winner -Laycon- and a team of youths. The evening was marked with pump, funfair and an array of goodwill message for and from both icons (Laycon and MC Oluomo).

    As visitation winded down, Hon. Musa Babatunde Akanni(MAKA) who was the brain behind the evening asked Laycon and other youths present to join him in presenting an award of excellence to the state chairman of transport workers Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya (MC Oluomo) for his outstanding support and contributions towards the development of the youths in Lagos State.”

    Disqualified Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemate, Erica has taken to social media to drag her fans who always call her out when she’s wrong.

    According to the Igbo born actress who was disgraced from the BBNaija reality TV show, they will regret pissing her off.

    She wrote:

    “If you say you’re an elite but use different opportunities to insult me then stay very far from me, make up your mind! Know what you stand for and own it with your chest! This is a no fake zone!”

    “As for the lounge that recorded me without my permission and created a whole advert using my image and name, you will hear from my lawyers, my people will never patronize you & no your name won’t be mentioned, you already stole publicity using me and that will be the last!”

    “Don’t ever think I’m weak because I choose to ignore! You all will regret pissing me off I promise you!”

    BBNaija ex housemate, Nengi shares sad domestic violence experience

    Big Brother Naija ex housemate, Rebecca “Nengi” Hampson revealed during one of her media rounds that she was once a victim on domestic violence.

    According to beauty queen, she once had a boyfriend that would beat her till she bled. Nengi who was an advocate for gender-based violence explained that her boyfriend used to beat her up to the extent that blood oozed out of her nose.

    Nengi added that she could not do much because she was only 19.

    Within Nigeria recalls that while on the reality show, the 22 year old repetitively condemned those who assault women over misunderstandings could be handled in a better way.

    Nengi has however vowed to use her platform and social status to create awareness and help women encountering similar situations to come out of it.

    Notable people in the society, such as Nathaniel Bassey, Wale Adenuga and others have condemned Governor Dapo Abiodun for appointing BBNaija season 5 winner, Olamilekan “Laycon” Agbeleshe as the youth ambassador of Ogun State and also for gifting him a house and huge sum of money.

    Taking to his official Instagram page to react to this, Wale Adenuga wrote “I’m totally disheartened by the Governor of Ogun state making the winner of #bbnaija an ambassador of the state, rewarding him further with cash and a house.

    No thanks to you sir for further entrenching the sad narrative that we are a nation that rewards trivialities and mediocrity.  Our values keeps going to the dogs!

    Responding to this, popular Gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey wrote “God bless you pastor Wale for posting this. Many are twisting this already. I believe pastor Wale is highlighting the idea of this and not necessarily about the person involved. I would personally frown at @wale.adenuga calling a human being a dog. And in fact will call him to edit it. But in this case that was a figure of speech. Not referring to the young man. It’s more about the idea.”

    Within Nigeria recalls that the 26 year old rapper was appointed the Youth Ambassador or Ogun state on Tuesday, 8th of October by the state Governor, Dapo Abiodun.

    Big Brother Naija, BBNaija finalist, Nengi, has cautioned Nigerians against persistent inquiries on the current status of her relationship with former housemate, Ozo.

    Nengi warned that her relationship with Ozo was nobody’s business.

    Speaking during her media tour, the BBNaija reality television star said she would no longer tolerate questions about her relationship with Ozo.

    According to the Bayelsa-born reality star, her relationship with Ozo was strictly between them.

    “My relationship with Ozo is between the both of us and we know what we share.

    “I don’t see the need to explain to anybody. I don’t expect anybody else to know,” she said.

    Ozo and Nengi had an on and off relationship while in the house.
