Alhaji Farouk Umar, the Emir of Daura, has described Vice President Yemi Osinbajo as a noble man who keeps his promises.
This was stated by the traditional ruler on Saturday during the turbaning ceremony of Yusuf Buhari, President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, as Talban Daura and district head of the Kwasarawa community.
The vice president attended the turbaning ceremony, which was well-attended by dignitaries from across the country.
“We express our gratitude to the president’s representative.”
“He, the vice president, is a nobleman who keeps his promises and a trustworthy person who has so much patience and always knows what to do.”
“The vice president is a wonderful man; he is my favorite.” “He’s a really nice and honest guy,” he said.
Umar stated at the time that the young Buhari deserved to be appointed as district governor.
Umar lauded President Muhammadu Buhari’s leadership qualities, saying that “power belongs to God, and He gives it to whoever He pleases.”
The Emir stated that the Daura Emirate Council decided to honor the president and his family by bestowing the traditional title on Yusuf Buhari, especially since he would not be able to take any other title as president.
The traditional ruler praised both the state and federal governments, testifying that the Katsina State Government had worked hard to alleviate the hardships of the people.
He also stated that Daura had been transformed under the president’s leadership, praising him for the developmental strides made thus far.
