Sen. Buhari, Alao condole with widower Folarin

Following the death of Mrs Angela, the wife of Sen. Teslim Folarin, who doubles as the Chairman,  Senate Committee on Local Content, the Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Dr Buhari Abdulfatai, and Mr Hakeem Alao, an APC Chieftain, on Friday sent their condolences to him.

The condolences were contained in separate statements on Friday in Ibadan.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the 47-year-old legal practitioner died on Friday in the UK.

Buhari, in his statement, described Angela’s death as a huge loss to the family, friends and the good people of Oyo State.

“We lost a virtuous woman, a wife of inestimable value, confidant and support pillar to my friend, Sen. Folarin,” he stated.

The lawmaker, who described death as inevitable for all mortals, urged his friend to see his wife’s as a test of faith.

Buhari prayed that God would grant him and the entire family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Also, Alao, in a statement he signed, described the death of Angela as shocking and a big blow.

He said that the family and womenfolk, in general, would miss the departed.

Alao prayed that God grant her soul eternal rest and those she left behind the fortitude to bear the loss.

“On behalf of my family, friends and political associates, I want to sincerely condole with my dear brother, Sen. Folarin, the children and the entire family on the death of Angela.

“Her death coming at this time is shocking and devastating, but Allah knows best.

“It is my prayer that the Almighty Allah will grant her soul Aljannat Fridaus and be with the family at this trying period,” he saidying period,” he said
