President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with a former President of the Senate, Adolphus Wabara, over the death of his wife, Felicia.
Reports that Felicia Wabara passed away on April 10 at the age of 69 during a protracted illness.
In a condolence message issued by his Media Aide, Mr Femi Adesina, on Monday in Abuja, the president urged the former senate president, children, grandchildren and family members to take solace in the quality of life led by the deceased.
Buhari described the deceased as a devoted wife, committed mother and devout Christian.
“Naturally, it would be painful, but I pray that God will give you the fortitude to bear the loss,” he said.
Buhari prayed God to accept the soul of Mrs Wabara and comfort all those she left behind.
NAN reports that the deceased, a native of Ogwa in Esan West Local Government Area of Edo, was born in Kafanchan, Kaduna State.
