President Muhammadu Buhari has felicitated Deacon Samson Dikki, the foremost Quantity Surveyor who contributed greatly to the physical development of Sokoto and Kebbi States, as he turned 70 on June 25.
In a congratulatory message by his spokesman, Mr Femi Adesina on Friday in Abuja, the President rejoiced with the family, friends and associates of Dikki at this memorable occasion.
Buhari noted with delight that Dikki had impacted greatly on the two states in the areas of Architecture and Building, while in the civil service, and wished him length of days and good health.
He commended the Deacon from the Zulu Local Government Area of Kebbi for adroitly combining service to God with service to humanity, both at community and state levels.
The President recommended such devotion to the younger generation.
He also congratulated all those rejoicing with Dikki on this auspicious occasion.
The President also congratulated Chairman/Chief Executive of Oilserv, Emeka Okwuosa, on the wedding of his daughter, Chibundu, to her heartthrob, Fijani Nwadei.
He congratulated the families of Chukwuemeka and Lady Ifeoma Okwuosa, and Sir Osita and Dr Chioma Nwadei, for being united in the wedlock of their children.
He enjoined the new couple to make friendship and love the bedrock of the union.
The President acknowledged Okwuosa as a public-spirited investor, who recently built a multi-million dollar free hospital for his people in Oraifite and environs in Anambra, as well as investments in education and scholarships for indigent people around the country.
He tasked the new couple to seek to approximate “these commendable virtues and values,” and wished them a satisfying life together.
