Following the 14th edition of the Headies which held on Sunday, 21, February, 2021, Rapper CDQ has called out the award organizers.
CDQ slammed the organizers over what he referred to as ‘industry politics’ after Mayorkun won the Best Street Hop artiste category at the event yesterday.
In a tweet he shared, the rapper stated that Naira Marley should be the winner of that category. CDQ attributed this to industry politics.
He tweeted;
Headies una don start dis una obvious industry politics tins again… How d hell una go carry Best Street Hop give someone else at the expense of Naira dis yr amd conscience no judge una, hmmmmm.
