‘Squander Remix’ has the elements of South African Amapiano music style and Nigerian afrobeats. Falz blends Hausa language with South African indigenous dialect to make it more appealing to his targeted audience.

The multiple award-winning musician and actor said he remade the song, ‘Squander’, to fit South Africa because of his love for the country, their culture and food.

“I love South Africa, I love the Culture and the food. I am really excited about this remix with Kamo Mphela, Mpura & SayFar because it’s a great blend of South African & Nigerian music,” he said.

He added, “Like the first song with Niniola, this is sure to keep you on your feet. Kamo Mphela & Mpura were the best people to complement the song, giving it that full amapiano sound because of their distinct voices.”

Falz is expected to expand his audience in South Africa even more with his latest effort, ‘Squander Remix’.
