Television personality, Katie Price is engaged for the eighth time.
After a whirlwind 10 month relationship, her boyfriend Carl Woods popped the big question.
42 years old mother of five announced on Tuesday that Carl, 32, asked her mum Amy, her father, and son Junior, 15, for their permission, before getting down on one knee.
The good news comes six weeks after Katie’s divorce from her third husband Kieran Hayler was finalised- three years after their split.
Speaking to OK Magazine about their engagement, Katie said: ‘It’s refreshing to be with a man that if I decided I never wanted to work again, he’d look after me, I just love him.
‘We’d spoken about it a lot, so I knew he was going to, I just didn’t know when. It was amazing. Carl asked my mum and dad for permission – and Junior. With Carl, Mum’s already told him not to mess me around and so far he’s passed the t****r test.’
Katie added Carl isn’t interested in her fame ‘or anything to do with’ her alter-ego Jordan and has his own money.
Katie and Carl took to Instagram to share their happy news on Tuesday night. They uploaded a snap from their engagement photo shoot, with the mother-of-five proudly showing off her huge diamond ring.
This marks Price’s eighth engagement. She has been married and divorced three times, with her ex-husbands including former pop star Peter Andre, MMA fighter Alex Reid, and Kieran Hayler.
The model was also engaged to Kris Boyson, Scott Sullivan, Leandro Penna, and Warren Furman in the past.
She shares children Harvey, 18, with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, with ex-husband Peter Andre, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with Kieran Hayler.
Back in March, the mother-of-five has sparked rumours that she is pregnant with her sixth child, when she shared photos on Instagram showing her cradling her stomach and thanking her boyfriend for being “part of me”.
