Four housemates have been evicted from the second edition of Teachers Naija, a Nigerian reality TV show.
The quartet — Enyinnaya Victor Maduabuchi, Olatunji Raphael Dapo, Ukpong Victor Josiah, and Peters Ekene Eunice — were sent packing from the show on Monday following their nomination for eviction earlier in the week.
The eviction show had kicked off with about eight housemates, who were nominated for eviction, canvassing their qualities and also stating why they should remain in the house.
Their eviction now shrinks the number of housemates to 16 — five males, 11 females, as the TV show inches towards a crescendo.
The reality show is an initiative of Anub Media Limited, will wrap up on August 22, with the winner getting a 2-bedroom flat in Abuja alongside N2m, while the first and the second runner up will get N1.5m and N1m respectively.
The show airs on DStv Channel 195 and GoTV Channel 97 from 8pm to 9pm every day.
