It came as a shock to many fans of the Big Brother Naija reality show after the Host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu asked Maria to leave the house.
We recall that shortly after Big Brother announced that Maria and 5 others were nominated for possible eviction last week, Maria was angry at some housemates especially White Money.
She insinuated that he is fake and she also refused to watch a movie with him, Liquorose and others in the executive lounge. Maria believed that White Money nominated her for eviction, she also believed that he is acting as her friend in the house.
Shortly after Ebuka asked Maria to leave the Big Brother Naija house, she walked up to the stage to speak with him before leaving. Ebuka asked her to guess the housemates that nominated her for eviction, she replied and said White Money, Queen and Boma.
After she mentioned those names, Ebuka played a video for her to watch but surprisingly, White Money wasn’t part of the housemates that nominated her for eviction.
Maria was shocked after she found out that White Money didn’t nominate her for eviction. She told Ebuka how she felt after the video was played. In her words;
“I’m shocked, extremely shocked.”
