Popular Wizkid’s Bodyguard, Roy Emmanuel Obinna aka Roy took to his Instagram story to write a short prayer against drowning.
He wrote saying “Father, Hold Me Close, Don’t Let Me Drown”.
Nigerian blog, Instablog aired the post and misinterpreted it saying it is a prayer against Davido’s Photographer, Fortune’s death. It should be known that the talented photographer died by drowning at an undisclosed location.
This led Roy to react to the news. The father of two and bodyguard replied saying the short prayer was part of lyrics to a song which he loves.
He said, ” it was just a song. Lol y’all need Jesus in your life”.
Roy did not stop there, He went further to criticize Instablog. He called them out for misinterpreting his post.
He took to his Instagram story saying “@Instablog9ja na today I know we you be mumu”.
