Born Alexander Abolore Adegbola Akande, 9ice is a Nigerian musician, songwriter and dancer. He is widely known for his powerful use of the Yoruba language in his music as well as his proverbial lyrics and unique style of delivery.
Today, December 30th, his marriage clocked two years and he took to his instagram page this evening to mark the day, praying he and his wife Olasunkanmi Ajala will have forever to go.

9ice and his wife, Sunkanmi tied the knot in 2019 in Lagos. Before they eventually decided to give marriage a shot, Sunkanmi and 9ice had been in an off and on relationship. The couple however welcomed their first daughter, Michelle Abolanle Akande, seven years ago. Sunkanmi, an entrepreneur by profession, runs Lavish By Mitchelle Events, an upscale event planning company.
It will be recalled that in 2008, 9ice got married to Toni Payne, and they had a son, Zion together.
After the marriage collapsed, 9ice got into a relationship with Vickie Godis who bore him a set of twins.
His second marriage was to Adetola Anifalaje, a United States-based software engineer in 2018. They had three wedding ceremonies which took place between March, July and August of the same year. His marriage with Adetola is blessed with a daughter, Milani- Francoise Imisioluwa Akande.
