The Nigerian singer and Warner South Africa artist’s global smash hit, Love Nwantiti was certified Gold in the United States on January 10, 2022.
As of the time of this report, CKay has been listed on the RIAA website for RIAA Gold for his song and posted across social media platforms. This means that the song has met the rigorous certification requirement set by RIAA, one of which is getting 500,000 for a RIAA Gold.
This comes after the album was certified Gold in the United Kingdom and France. In 2020, the record soared to the top of major charts all over the world. It also made CKay Africa’s most popular artist on Spotify.
