“A database platform for talent and crew to be able to showcase their work to the world and the entire industry. Today, we’re proud to announce the launch of Nollydata, Nollywood’s first-ever database website.

“Nollydata is a one-stop website for all things Nollywood, a community for filmmakers to display their projects, talents, and creativity to the world. Our mission is to create a space that makes it easier to find information on all things Nollywood.

“From your old Nigerian movies to your favorite features, we want to help filmmakers find talent and crew for their next project with ease. To say we’re proud to finally present this to the world is an understatement.”

What the launch of Nollydata means for Nollywood

The discussion of not having access to old Nollywood movies easily is an ongoing one without a viable solution available for the problem. However, the launch of Nollydata can be a permanent solution to that problem.

With a database website promising to be for all things Nollywood, it’s easier to find everything you need in one place and saves the stress of stressful searching that yields no result.
