The production team of TNC Africa’s hit series ‘Little Black Book’ is about to bring more magic to the screen as veteran actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo and the popular Bimbo Akintola join the cast of the series.
Production is said to be underway for the new season directed by Belinda Yanga and produced by Adaugo Uzoma.
Unveiled to be joining the cast of the new season are veteran Nollywood star, Kanayo O. Kanayo, and Bimbo Akintola as the newest members of the cast, along with Nengi Adoki, Paul Utomi, Michael Ejoor, Moet Abebe, Jude Chukwuka, and Helena Nelson.
Season one followed the story of Tade, played by Teniola Aladese, a brilliant business developer trying to get her life back on track after a string of failures, and Leo, played by Ikechukwu, a millionaire hotel entrepreneur defying the odds to keep his business afloat, as well as a little black book of gorgeous women, which revealed secrets and hidden desires between them.
Recall that the first season ended with a cliffhanger, heightening the excitement for the second season.
While Bimbo Akintola’s role is still unknown, Kanayo O. Kanayo has been cast in the role of Captain Igwe, Leo’s father.
Ikechukwu Onunaku, Teniola Aladese, Anee Icha, Floyd Igbo, Jeffrey Kanu, and Bimitan Adegoke are among the returning cast members.
