Nigerian rising star, Daniel Benson, popularly known as Buju has changed his professional name from Buju to BNXN.
The singer on Thursday night shared a video explaining why he had to make the hard decision.
WN gathered that the Outside crooner shares the same name with Jamaican singer, Buju Banton, who has trademarked the name.
Perhaps, BNXN realized the change will be safer at this standpoint in his career.
‘Buju Banton is trademarked, to avoid lawsuits and all, the change was needed.‘ A source told WN.
