Grammy winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid received accolades after he apologized for arriving very late at Afronation 2022 event and kept the audience waiting for many hours.
Wizkid and many other Nigerian artistes stormed Puerto Rico recently and thrilled the crowds at the Afro Nation festival.
The ‘Joro’ Crooner arrived very late at the venue and he apologised to the crowd after reportedly delaying them for four hours.
While apologising to the crowd, he revealed that his private jet and pilot had delayed him.
He said:
“I know you guys waited for me for so long. I am so sorry for coming late. It was my pilot and my jet, sorry. But I made it here to see beautiful people tonight and nothing in the world can beat this feeling that I feel when I am with you guys.”

The footage of Wizkid’s apology soon trended online and internet users praised him for accepting his fault and not showing off his new private jet.
