Talented Nigerian musician Kizz Daniel and his former record label boss, Emperor Geezy, have settled their disputes five years after their fallout.
In November 2017, Kizz Daniel announced his split from Emperor Geezy-led G-Worldwide (GWW) record label and created his label called Flyboy I.N.C. He was subsequently sued to court by the former record label but was not found guilty of the crimes they accused him of.
Later in May 2018, Kizz Daniel announced he had changed his stage name from Kiss Daniel to Kizz Daniel. GWW made another move to own the rights to the name “Kizz Daniel” and further advised the singer to desist from using the name or face legal consequences in a press release sent out to media houses.
In October 2018, Daniel responded to the suit and statement made by his former record label G-Worldwide through his lawyer.
Well, a video obtained by WithinNigeria showed that Kizz Daniel and the G-Worldwide boss have let go of their past bad blood to let peace reign between them.
“Emperor Geezy came to Asgard to wish me a successful tour🙏🏾❤️ Now that’s PEACE LOVE and RESPECT @emperorgeezy || UK 🇬🇧 I’ll see you in May ||,” the musician said of their reunion.
In the video, Kizz Daniel and Emperor Geezy could be seen vibing to ‘Oshe’, which he premiered the music video today.
