Nollywood actress Ufuoma McDermott has penned down a lovely message to her colleague Rita Dominic, saying the latter’s light lit a path for her.
Ufuoma in an Instagram post described Rita as one who is beautiful with artistic prowess. She thanked Rita for helping her through her insecurity.
Sharing Rita’s photo, she wrote:

I smile because I’m one of the ones who have experienced you and your good heart. Ah! Sis, you strong my leg for this industry sha. I sometimes sit back and wonder why you reached out… why you embraced and covered me like you did. I was literally a JJC.
I feel like you saw the small insecure me reclining in the face of all the big stars. You made me know it was ok to be a bookworm .. taught me to read other materials than just novels (In fact, you be the first young person wey I see dey read newspaper Isn’t that for old people?) The way I’d stroll majestically to your car for a ride home, people go think say I join esusu to buy you the car.
You’ve always been a light. You chose to be. And that light lit a path for me. I love and celebrate you always.”
Reacting to her message in the comment section of the post, Rita wrote: “Aww Ufuoma. Bless you.”
Recall Rita Dominic and her lover, Fidelis Anosike who are finally going on that date down the aisle recently released their pre-wedding photos.
