Promising Nigerian singer, Ebenezer Adelusola Adefemi, widely known in the Nigerian music scene as Olakira has debunked the numerous assertions expressed by people that adulthood is a scam.
Majority of people have taken to their social media to lament about the responsibilities and challenges that come along with being an adult. As compared to the life of a child who has everything provided for him or her, adults have to go through numerous ventures to make ends meet.
The life of children happens to be the easiest stage in life on the account that they have everything provided for them by their parents or guardians, unlike adults who have to embark on numerous ventures just to survive in these harsh conditions.
Almost every child hopes to grow up and enjoy all the adventures that come with adulthood like independence and freedom from parental control only to grow up to realize that life isn’t as easy as they presumed when they were children.
However, the Hop in my Maserati crooner has stated that adulthood is not a scam like most people presume. According to him, poverty is the main inspiration behind such comments, hence nothing about adulthood is a scam. He tweeted:
“Adulthood no be scam,
you are just broke.”
