As Nigerians get ready to go to the polls in 2023 to choose their next president, Nigerian actor cum politician, Yul Edochie has dropped a piece of advice for Nigerians
According to the actor, elections are not wars so Nigerians should be careful not to turn their respective political campaigns into tribal wars.
His advice comes at a point when the flagbearers of the major political parties in Nigeria – APC, PDP, and Labour Party are Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo respectively. Many agreed and applauded his post, while he also received backlash due to the ‘drama’ that trailed ‘his marrying a second wife’ announcement.
