Veteran DJ Expression has reached out to Nigerians ahead of the forthcoming 2023 elections.
The official disc jockey to superstar Kizz Daniel stressed that Nigeria is poor because of corruption while explaining why it is important not to vote for corrupt politicians.
The Nigerian-born American-based disc jockey, DJ Expression, said if voters got it wrong, the country would suffer for another four years. In his words;
“Come 2023, Nigerians should not vote based on sentiment because if we vote the wrong person into power, we will suffer for another four years, if not eight years,” he stated in a chat with entertainment journalist Oluwamayowa Adeyinka.
DJ Expression added, “we all know Nigeria is a blessed country, but corruption is why the West African country is not progressing. It is imperative not to elect any corrupt politician into office.”
“The high rate of corruption is why Nigerians are poor, and if this continues, Nigeria will most likely be the world’s poverty capital. The good thing is that 2023 is almost here, where citizens will have to elect the right people into power to correct all the past errors and build a new Nigeria,” he concluded.
The Edo state-born DJ Expression has worked with various artists, producers, and directors on several collaborative projects.
He is currently on Afroclassic tour with Kizz Daniel as the singer’s official DJ in the USA.
